Kelly Services in partnership with Cummins has immediate openings to join our team at Cummins Rocky Mount Engine Plant. RMEP is nationally recognized as a great place to work in Whitakers, NC and we have several Production Associate opportunities are available on multiple shifts. No experience is required to start!

SHIFT RATES/HOURS:
- 1st - 5am - 4:30pm (M-F) - $16.00/hour
- 2nd - 3pm - 1:30am (M-F) - $17.25/hour
- 3rd - 10pm - 6:30am (M-F) - $17.25/hour
- Mandatory OT may be assigned for all shifts depending on Production needs

What's a typical day as a Production Associate? You'll be:
- Operating manual and automated equipment to manufacture and assemble product.
- Optimizing cycle times, meeting defined engineering standards, and achieving production goals in a team-oriented environment.
- Collaborating with various team members to maintain equipment and identify needed repairs.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement in the areas of quality, safety, process, material flow, and talent development.
This position might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Are at least 18 years of age
- Are comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, standing, walking, and kneeling in a production/warehouse environment
- Steel-toed shoes/boots are required to start
