Job Responsibilities
- Operating and maintaining machinery used in the production process
- Assembling products based on specifications and instructions provided
- Packing finished products and preparing them for shipment
- Conducting quality control checks to ensure products meet the required standards
- Performing maintenance tasks on machinery and maintaining work areas clean and organized
- Maintaining accurate records of production data and reporting any issues to the supervisor
- Following safety standards and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of medical device production or manufacturing experience
- Basic knowledge of production processes
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
- Soldering SMT components to IPC-610 standards, preferred
