Pay Rate:

$23 / hr- $25/hr DOE

Hours: 8:00 am -5:00 pm or 7:00 am – 4:00 pm

What’s a typical day as a Recruiting Assistant? You’ll be:

• Providing essential support to the recruiting and Talent Acquisition (TA) team, with opportunities to grow into more recruiting responsibilities.

• Greeting talent as they arrive for site tours and administering dexterity testing while preparing them for what to expect.

• Escorting groups to the DC or PKG buildings, conducting orientations, and assisting with administrative tasks like oral swabs and I-9 documentation.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a High School Diploma / GED

• Have 1-3 yrs of experience in a similar role

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) – preferred

• Have strong organizational skills and the ability to quickly learn various computer systems—this is a must-have!

• Are comfortable interacting with groups of talent and customers, showcasing your excellent communication skills.

• Are available to work onsite 5 days a week and can accommodate early morning shifts as needed.
