Kelly is seeking a talented Senior Quality Engineer to lead our quality organization. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for ensuring the HDM business meets all quality standards, including ISO9001 certification.
Your key responsibilities will include leading established meetings within the quality organization framework, ensuring required quality-related materials are prepared for repeating meetings, and updating quality-led KPIs and driving improvement.
You will also work closely with customers to ensure their needs/issues are addressed, drive the current quality roadmap strategy, and collaborate with other departments to drive and support quality expectations.
To succeed in this position, you will need to have 5 years combined experience in manufacturing, Quality, or Continuous Improvement Engineering, preferably in the semiconductor industry or related field.
A bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science/Engineering, or a related engineering discipline is required. Additionally, you should have proficient computer skills, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint use, and experience using statistical software programs like Minitab or JMP.
