Salary : $16 / hour
Shift- 11am-7 : 30pm or 12pm-8 : 30pm
What’s a typical day as a Contact Center Customer Service Inbound / Outbound? You’ll be :
- Answering inbound calls and assisting callers with any questions regarding their wireless cell phone.
- Troubleshooting devices and coordinating with service providers and technicians.
- Working with Account Managers to resolve client issues.
- Taking orders, providing order status, and tracking services.
