\n\nPay: $30 - $33 per hour
\n\nEssential Responsibilities:
\n\nField Services Technician will provide service, maintenance, warranty remediation and commissioning for installed photovoltaic inverters, energy storage, and plant controls. This position will be responsible for servicing customers primarily located within Mineral, TX.

- Perform Field Service to ensure 99% up time\n\t
- Diagnose and repair faulted inverters and energy storage systems\n\t
- Troubleshoot issues with mechanical, electromechanical, and controls\n\t
- Conduct annual periodic maintenance inspections\n\t
- Keep maintenance records of findings\n\t
- Assist with developing maintenance programs\n\t
- Perform start-up and commissioning for new PV inverter & energy storage installations.\n\t
- Inspect physical installation (wiring, connections and mechanical condition)\n\t
- Power up, set all required parameters and ensure proper operation\n\t
- Monitor performance and efficiency levels\n\t
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels by providing excellent customer service.\n\t
- Provide accurate and timely product service reports.\n
Required Qualifications:

- High School Diploma / GED\n\t
- Minimum of 2 years industry work experience with inverters\n\t
- Ability and willingness to travel to and from customer locations 90% to 100%\n
Desired Characteristics:

- 2-year technical degree and/or equivalent certification\n\t
- Great interpersonal, oral, and written skills are required.\n\t
- Requires analytical and quantitative skills\n
