At Kelly®, we’re seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to work in Midland, MI.
Pay Rate : $25-$30 / hr based on experience
Schedule : Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
6 month contract- March - September
Specialist - Learning & Development :
- Coordinating a proactive and effective training program to meet business, function, and individual training goals, reporting to the Training Coordinator.
- Developing and maintaining training certifications by creating, updating, and assigning training curricula and courses.
- Assisting employees in troubleshooting issues with training tools and ensuring they have access to necessary learning resources.
