- Communicating with customers and vendors regarding warranty issues and resolutions.

- Performs high-volume data entry using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or other computer software
- Reviews data for errors or missing information and resolves any discrepancies
- Performs administrative backup when asked by client
- Have a High School Diploma or Equivalent and 3 years of relevant experience. Bachelors Degree preferred
- Have 2 years of experience working with contract data and a strong attention to detail.
- Possess 3 years experience in advanced proficiency in MS Excel and moderate proficiency in all other MS Office programs, including Access, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. (required)
- Are fluent in both spoken and written English, with exceptional communication skills.
