Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a After Market Product Professional to join their team! This position is located in Fort Worth, Texas.
Duties:
- Manage planning, forecasting, pricing, and aftermarket product lifecycle activities
- Oversee sales program management to ensure alignment with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and Distribution
- Provide direct customer support, handling a high volume of inquiries via ticketing systems and seller platforms
- Navigate and utilize multiple platforms to resolve customer issues related to order tracking, delivery status, and refunds
- Respond to common customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Process special orders and manage Workforce Management tickets accurately and promptly
- Work independently, including weekend coverage and alternate shifts, ensuring seamless customer experience across global time zones
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements for customer care and order management
- Maintain detailed records and reports using SAP, Excel, and Order Management tools
- Communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats to customers and team members
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Proven experience in aftermarket product management, sales support, or similar role
- Strong background in customer service, handling ticket-based queries in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with SAP, order management systems, and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to independently manage workload and cover weekend/alternate shifts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams
- Comfortable navigating multiple platforms to resolve customer queries
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing competing priorities
- Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to handle complex or ambiguous customer issues
- Experience managing WFM tickets and processing special orders is a plus
