Job Summary :
Our client is seeking a Business Logistics Coordinator who will investigate and resolve issues related to carrier shipping, fraud, and warehouse operations to prevent negative customer experiences and impacts to the company. This opportunity is located in Fort Worth, TX!
Duties :
- Collaborate with third-party warehouses, carriers, and internal Supply Chain and IT teams to identify and address systemic issues driving customer dissatisfaction
- Engage with fraud teams to detect and mitigate fraudulent claims effectively
- Meet daily service level commitments by resolving an average of 80 tickets per day with a high level of accuracy
- Ensure all resolutions align with operational standards and maintain compliance with established policies
- Analyze and report trends in carrier, warehouse, or systemic issues to drive process improvements
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of investigations and resolutions
