Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join their team! This position is located in Mountain View, California.
Duties:
- Serve as escalation points for questions arising during enhanced due diligence reviews conducted by the immediate teams on newly onboarded customers, existing customers triggering for EDD, and during Periodic Reviews
- Operationalize and standardize Compliance’s Enhanced Due Diligence policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to US and international regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendor partners to streamline processes that empower the Customer Experience/IOS teams
- Work closely with Audit and Compliance Monitoring and Testing teams to ensure controls and procedures are adhered to and implement appropriate updates where gaps are identified
- Communicate with internal and external partners in an effective, organized, and insightful manner
- Utilize an in-depth understanding of workflows to analyze and report on trends, issues, and quality defects
Desired Skills/Experience:
- 4 years’ experience, preferably in financial services, technology, or quality and training
- Have working knowledge of U.S. and international AML laws, regulations, and guidelines
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have experience working with G Suite applications, Excel, and Word
- Be flexible and adaptable to meet the evolving needs of a high-growth, fast-paced organization, including working across time zones
- Exhibit excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Be organized with a high level of attention to detail
