Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Financial Manager to join their team! This position is located in Parsippany, New Jersey.
Duties:
- Ensure the financial health of the organization by managing financial activities and strategies
- Produce detailed financial reports to guide decision-making
- Direct investment activities to align with organizational goals
- Develop and implement strategies for achieving long-term financial objectives
- Perform forecasting to support financial planning and resource allocation
- Approve purchase orders (POs) in accordance with organizational policies
- Engage with clients, including engineering personnel, to ensure alignment on financial objectives and activities
Desired Skills/Experience:
- 5 year management experience required
- Proficiency in BPC and Excel is required
- Experience with forecasting, PO approvals, and client engagement with engineering personnel
- Background in telecommunications or decision support roles is preferred
- Strong communication skills are essential
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Team-oriented mindset and collaborative approach
