Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Machine Learning AI Engineer to join their team! This position is located in Hopkins, Minnesota.
Duties:
- Design, develop, test, operate, and maintain products
- Take full-stack ownership by consistently writing production-ready and testable code
- Create optimal designs that adhere to architectural best practices, considering scalability, reliability, and performance of affected systems/contexts
- Analyze failures, propose design changes, and drive operational improvements
- Make sound design and coding decisions with customer experience as a priority
- Incorporate feedback from code reviews and apply changes to meet standards
- Conduct code reviews to provide guidance on engineering best practices and compliance with development procedures
- Ensure all aspects of product development follow compliance and security best practices
- Maintain relentless focus on embedding software reliability engineering standards into development practices
- Embrace emerging technology opportunities and contribute to best practices in support of the organization’s technology transformation
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Review tasks critically to ensure they are appropriately prioritized and sized for incremental delivery; anticipate and communicate blockers and delays before escalation is required
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Experience in development, testing, and deployment of data pipelines and frameworks
- Strong expertise in Azure Data Services
- Experience with SQL Server for data storage and querying
- Hands-on experience with DevOps for CI/CD in data pipeline deployments
- Good to have knowledge of Kubernetes, Azure Service Fabric, Delta Lake, Informatica, SSIS, and SQL Server
