Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Paralegal to join their team! This position is located in San Diego, California.
Duties:
- Prepare and summarize standardized legal documents for case and transaction support
- Conduct legal research to aid attorneys in case preparation and decision-making
- Assist in preparing and submitting legal filings to meet deadlines and compliance standards
- Provide general case management and transactional support to attorneys
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Paralegal certificate from an accredited program
