Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Product Manager who will utilize specialized product and technical expertise to drive end-to-end discovery, design, testing, and launch phases of messaging product features within the Audiences & Data Enablement team. This opportunity is located in New York, NY!
Duties:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet market demands and exceed subscriber expectations
- Analyze market trends, define product requirements, and prioritize features that deliver the highest value to users
- Conduct feature discovery through stakeholder dialogue, analytic synthesis, market research, and leadership input to create a discovery artifact
- Write detailed requirements for engineers based on discovery artifacts and collaborate with subject matter experts to design user flows and diagrams
- Provide real-time support to engineers during the development phase by addressing requirement-related questions
- Develop and execute soft and hard launch plans to drive feature adoption
- Document feature development and active capabilities to enhance daily user engagement and discovery
- Analyze platform and service usage to ensure cost containment and optimal resource utilization
Desired Skills/Experience:
- 7 years of experience in product management, operations, program management, or a similar role, with a focus on supporting technical product development
- Proven track record of leading products with global impact while maintaining a high bar for quality
- Strong empathy for user pain points and the ability to collaboratively identify and implement solutions
- Exceptional requirements and documentation writing skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Highly analytical and collaborative, with strong technical, strategic, and problem-solving abilities
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with minimal direction
- Effective verbal and written communicator, comfortable engaging in both business and technical discussions with partners
- Experience working in agile methodologies, contributing as a team member or strategic partner
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships through influence rather than authority
