Program Manager

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Program Manager to join their team! This position is located in Overland Park, Kansas.

Duties:

• Lead the in-building/venue program at a national level, serving as the central point of contact for planning, coordinating, presenting, executing, and controlling network development and deployment initiatives across National, Region, and Market teams
• Drive the execution of in-building solutions and network build programs with a strong understanding of site acquisition, zoning, and construction processes
• Ensure consistency in processes, reporting, forecasting, data integrity, siting solutions, vendor qualification, contract management, vendor pricing, and continuous process improvements
• Utilize data analytics and internal tools to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness
• Collaborate cross-functionally with technology, procurement, and sales stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress across all development efforts

Desired Skills/Experience:

• 5 years of relevant experience to manage complex projects and lead vendor and deployment teams across multiple geographies
• Proven experience developing and deploying in-building wireless solutions
• Strong project management skills with a track record of managing deployment projects from initiation to completion
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, in-building deployment programs across multiple markets
• Familiarity with MagentaBuilt or similar network development tools
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification preferred
• Excellent organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
