Who we are:

We are a program team supporting the 2-year program to establish a new site in Kendall Square, MA. The site for AstraZeneca and Alexion will co-locate R&D lab-based, and office-based teams currently located at Waltham, MA and at Seaport, Boston.

The Seaport site became part of AstraZeneca as a result of the Alexion acquisition in July 2021; Waltham is a well-established R&D site, delivering both Oncology & BioPharm discovery science. Both sites have colleagues actively engaged in the Kendall Square program. All roles will transition from Waltham; a selection of roles will transition from Seaport which will remain an important site in the AZ Boston Strategic Location.

AstraZeneca and Alexion are working closely with Boston Properties who are building the residential and lab tower complex at Binney Street.

What you'll do:

* Leads a project on-time, on-budget and in adherence with quality and compliance standards.

* Role has responsibility for both resources, and shapes program solutions.

* Acts as a liaison between the program and business stakeholders to ensure that business requirements are effectively translated into solutions and benefits are understood.

* Support the development and management of supplier contracts and manage program transitions to business as usual services.

* The role ensures that project teams adopt quality and compliance standards, policies and procedures.
