Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $60,000
Shift: Shift 2: 6pm to 6am (Continuous, rotating schedule)
Location: Onsite, Jacksonville, FL (Deerwood/Baymeadows area)

What’s a typical day as Supervisor? You’ll be:
- Leading and supervising a crew in operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Optimizing day-to-day activities and minimizing costs while comprehending complex systems.
- Conducting regular quality control inspections in adherence to established procedures to ensure high-quality service.
- Effectively communicate with and provide support to Leadership, fostering collaboration and a positive work environment.

- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of processes, and utilized supplies in daily operations.
- Ensure the production processes consistently deliver high-quality service in a profitable manner.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Possess a High School Diploma or Equivalent and 2-4 years relevant work experience. Bachleors Degree preferred.
-Forklift experience required (sit down)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Have proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar role within manufacturing.
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with co-workers, management, vendors, and clients.
- Are self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieve operational goals.
