Job Title: Marketing Performance Specialist
Job Summary:
The Marketing Performance Specialist will be responsible for analyzing marketing campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to optimize results. This role supports the marketing team’s overall goals by providing data-driven insights, improving efficiency, and enhancing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze marketing campaign data (e.g., website traffic, social media engagement, email open rates) to identify trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
- Create reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicate performance insights to stakeholders.
Performance Optimization:
- Identify opportunities to optimize marketing campaigns and strategies based on data analysis.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement changes and improvements.
A/B Testing and Experimentation:
- Design and implement A/B tests to evaluate different marketing approaches and determine best practices.
- Analyze test results and provide recommendations for future campaigns.
Marketing Budget Management:
- Support the marketing team in managing budgets and tracking spending.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure efficient use of marketing resources.
Tools and Technology:
- Utilize marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics platforms) proficiently.
- Stay up to date with the latest marketing technologies and trends.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the marketing team, including marketing managers, specialists, and other relevant departments.

Skills and Qualifications:
- 3 plus year experience in or as marketing specialist with strong analytical and data analysis skills.
- Experience with marketing analytics tools and platforms.
- Ability to identify trends and patterns in data.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
- Experience with marketing budget management.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
