They specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of a variety of ailments specific to young people and track their patients' growth to adulthood. Most of the work of pediatricians, however, involves treating day-to-day illnesses that are common to children, such as minor injuries and infectious diseases and providing preventative health services like immunizations. Because Kelsey-Seybold has been growing up with Houston, you'll now find 46 Kelsey-Seybold pediatricians and 1 pediatric hospitalist (doctor who cares for hospitalized patients) at 20 convenient locations throughout the area.
