ResponsibilitiesThe Sourcing Specialist would be a resourceful individual with intellectual curiosity and drive who will proactively identify talent through creative online sourcing while working closely with the Classified and Provider recruitment teams to understand gaps and needs of challenging departments. The primary focus of the role will be to identify skilled, hard to fill Executive and Provider positions.
