Entry Level Laborer

Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Entry Level Laborers. This position is ideal for those looking to start their career in a hands-on party environment. As an Entry Level Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks that support our operations, ensuring that events and partys are completely set up efficiently and safely.

Duties

• Assist in the setup and cleanup of event sites.
• Perform general labor tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving heavy equipment / materials.
• Maintaining a safe event / festival
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision.
• Look out for safety concerns
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean professional environment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete scheduled assigned tasks on time.
• Report any safety hazards or equipment issues to the supervisor.
• Be able to quickly and efficiently problem solve.

Experience

• No prior experience is required; however, any experience in customer service or manual labor is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn new skills.
• Must be physically capable of performing manual labor tasks, including lifting up to 100 pounds.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 45 per week
