Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical NetSuite Administrator/Business Analyst to manage, optimize, and support our NetSuite ERP system. This role will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and maintaining NetSuite while also gathering business requirements, analyzing workflows, and supporting cross-functional teams in making data-driven decisions.
Duties / Responsibilities:
NetSuite Administration:
- Serve as the primary administrator for the NetSuite platform.
- Configure roles, permissions, dashboards, workflows, saved searches, and reports.
- Manage system integrations, upgrades, and data migrations.
- Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity across modules.
- Provide user support, training, and documentation.
Business Analysis:
- Partner with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into NetSuite solutions and workflows.
- Analyze and improve existing processes using system tools and reporting.
- Assist in the design and implementation of new functionality with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Create and maintain functional and technical documentation.
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of NetSuite modules such as Financials, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Design-to-Build
- Proven track record in business analysis, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
- NetSuite Administrator Certification or Suite Foundation Certification.
- Experience with third-party NetSuite integrations (Hubspot, BigCommerce, Shopify, etc.)
- Background in accounting, finance, supply chain.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Asana, or Monday.com
Normal Working Hours and Conditions: Core business hours are generally 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. However, this position may require work to be performed outside of normal business hours based on Company operations.
Physical Requirements: Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting including verbally communicating, seeing and hearing to exchange information and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard.Daily physical functions include standing, sitting and walking for prolonged periods of time and occasionally stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and twisting. The employee may engage in lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling light to moderate amounts of weight up to 25 pounds. The position also requires the operation of office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement.
