A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, or a related field is required. Additional qualifications include experience leading supply chain transformation and process improvements, strong negotiation skills, expertise in ERP/MRP systems and supply chain analytics tools, ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams, and knowledge of global supply chain trends, regulations, and best practices.
A master's degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, or a related field, along with certifications such as APICS, CPIM, CSCP, or Lean Six Sigma, are preferred. The successful candidate must be able to work effectively in an office setting and possess sufficient physical ability and mobility to perform the duties of the role.
