Description
AES is hiring a Billing Specialist! The Billing Specialist will work closely with Operations and Office Staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all customer invoicing. We are seeking an individual with NDT industry knowledge and TRACK and / or Spectrum record-keeping experience for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process all invoicing including but not limited to Time & Material, Planned Maintenance, Fixed Fee Projects.
- Ensure that each invoice meets AES's internal requirements and has obtained proper approvals.
- Generate and analyze necessary reporting to verify that final invoicing figures reconcile with project documentation.
- Review all invoicing prior to distribution to confirm that all remittance information is accurate, and customer instructions are followed.
- Interact with customers to resolve any billing issues.
- Process the daily cash deposits.
- Collaborate with the AES team (Sales, General Manager, Ops Manager) to assist with the timely collection of all open receivable balances.
- Work with Operation Team to ensure timely invoicing and that all monthly cutoffs are met.
- Utilize client specific software for invoicing (Track, Ariba, Coupa).
- Ability to train and cross-train on Spectrum / Track.
