Facilities Manager

YINLUN TDI LLC has an immediate need for a Facilities Manager at our Houston headquarters in Northwest Houston. This person will oversee the operational process of the buildings and their services. Managing maintenance, repairs, and upkeep including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and structural issues. They will be responsible for the planning and scheduling of preventative maintenance programs, managing contractors and vendors for maintenance and repair services ensuring the facility is clean, safe and functional. This position will have a good understanding of facility, good communication with personnel, vendors and external sources, monitoring contract performance and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, codes and standards.

• Maintenance and Repairs - overseeing maintenance, repairs, upkeep of building and its system
• Planning and managing projects related to renovations, upgrades and new installations
• Working with personnel of all levels, contractors, vendors and external sources
• Technical knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures and safety protocols
• Ability to identify and resolve issues related to building maintenance and operations
• Understand City of Houston zoning, codes, resources
• 5 years experience in commercial property management
• Ability to troubleshoot and be hands on to repair maintenance items
• Trade school and certifications a plus
• Desire to pursue CFM for accredited facility
• Understanding of budgeting and cost control
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Email
• Experience in Plex
