POSITION SUMMARY
The primary responsibilities of the Production Associate will be cleaning and prepping of radiators, oil coolers, and associated parts, assembling 0nd / or building units. The ideal candidate is a fast learner with the ability to work with minimal supervision and cooperate in a team environment. Assists supervisor in identifying maintenance requirements. Performs all work activities in accordance with Health and Safety Program and Quality System. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Ability to use air tools, impact, grinder, etc.
- Ability to use basic hand tools, hammer, wrenches, etc.
- Successfully complete training per requirements of company training program.
- Assist other employees in setup and operation functions as needed.
- Identify improvements of methods that will increase quality and profitability.
- Identify maintenance issues as they arise.
- Provide information as requested to other departments to facilitate the completion of work projects.
- Understand and comply with all facets of the Health and Safety Program.
- Understand and comply with all facets of the Attendance and PTO policies.
- Exhibit professional demeanor.
- Read, understand, and follow routings and work instructions.
- All other duties as assigned.
