Reporting to CFO Americas you will play a critical role in supporting the profitable growth of Kelvion in Americas, as the tusted advisor to the Sales leadership team focused on providing relevant, reliable and consistent information to assist in make strategic business decisions. This position will support Sales and Engineering with pricing strategies factoring financial risk with commodities and FX exposure. As well as being responsible for delivering on-time reporting with Order Intake actuals, forecast, and budget reporting.
What you will be responsible for:
Defining, steering, and tracking of growth measures in the region
Support Sales team with the monthly order intake process including preparation, on-time submission and commentary on new business budget & monthly forecasting
Assist on product costing to ensure maximum profitability and review reasonableness of assumptions and FX exposure mitigation oversight
Finance advisor on strategic growth initiatives across all vertical markets and product solutions
Identifying FX exposure and lead for mitigating exposure prior to finalizing pricing
Develop robust financial models to enhance the forecasting accuracy of new business revenue
Assist in guiding and governing Microsoft Dynamics365 sales funnel, dashboards, and reports. Help Sales Directors monitor demand generation and funnel accuracy.
Responsible for managing all Selling cost centers (actuals, monthly forecast, STRAP, Budget reporting) to drive cost awareness and operational profitability
Support with the monitoring and forecasting of Selling Expenses
Review and propose a new sales incentive bonuses plan aligned to company financial performance (i.e. Product Margins)
Finance advisor for non-standard contract terms
Preparing and communications of monthly Sales KPIs for the region:
Forecasting Accuracy
Highlights / Lowlights
Tracking Large Opportunities
Hit Rates / Quote to Order Performance
Sales Efficiency
Analyzing of Sales Process in different locations in region (from RFQ to Order confirmation)
Implementation / Standardization of common Sales Process (SAP/Syteline and CRM) in different locations in region (from RFQ to Order confirmation)
Provide ad-hoc information as required
About you:
Strong financial modelling, analytical, problem solving and excel skills.
Proven ability to be a true finance business partner to sales leaders; challenging and supporting our growth strategy in the region
Ability to priorities workload to meet tight reporting deadlines.
Strong Knowledge of SAP R/3 (esp. SAP modules FI, CO, PP, MM) and Syteline as advantage.
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
Experience Working In a Global Manufacturing Business Preferred.
Minimum 5 years of job experience in Sales controlling.
FX hedging experience is an advantage.
