MISSION
The mission of the Quality Auditor is to assist operations in attaining Kem Krest’s goal of exceeding customer expectations with error free on time shipments, and to aid and direct other Quality Techs in their daily duties and assignments.
OUTCOMES
Perform audits at established rate for program
- Accurately
- In a timely manner
- Document errors daily
Kitting reviewed in a timely manner
- Complete Kitting setup checkoffs as soon as called to do so
- Hourly reviews completed on time
- Document errors daily
Ensure forms and documents are up to date and controlled
- Complete review of documents
Assist in root cause analysis
- Get product to non-conforming area as required
- Verify corrective actions are being implemented
- Be part of the team that develops the root cause
Process reworked product returned by RGA, URGA, etc
- Fill out all proper paperwork
- Dispose of product safely and efficiently
