Role Summary:
As a Site Controller, you'll be the strategic financial partner to our site leadership team, driving cost reduction opportunities and providing business decision support through financial analysis. You'll oversee accurate costing, financial planning, and analysis, ensuring the financial health of our business unit.
Key Responsibilities:- Cost Accounting: Ensure accurate costing of materials, labor, and overhead.
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Analyze cost variances and drive cost reduction. Partner with business leaders to improve financial KPIs. Develop budgeting and forecasting for the site.
- Accounting: Oversee financial close processes and inventory valuation. Manage capital investment requests and financial transactions.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements to monitor site performance.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements. Mentor others on financial standards and regulatory compliance.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- Strong financial acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to mentor others and lead root cause analysis efforts.
