- Prospect and establish new business opportunities across targeted markets
- Drive the full sales cycle from initial outreach through proposal, negotiation, and closing
- Transition into an operational leadership role for newly acquired projects
- Collaborate with the KEMCO operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and execution
- Maintain strong client relationships and uphold KEMCO’s standards of service
- Provide strategic insight to continually refine business development and operational processes
- Proven experience in sales, operations, or business development
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
- Experience in managing projects or business units a plus
- Ability to travel as needed
- Base Salary: $50,000/year
- Commission: Earn commission for each new business deal closed
