New Product Introduction (NPI)
- Coordinate and manage product launches using Wrike, ensuring smooth execution and alignment.
- Develop and update Sales Resource Pages (SRPs) with essential content.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to monitor NPI progress through regular meetings.
- Design high-quality digital and print materials, including graphics, flyers, and web banners, using Adobe Suite or Canva.
- Produce engaging video content with InVideo and coordinate with internal designers and the Branding & Marketing Communications team for additional support.
- Create and schedule email campaigns and social media posts for NPIs through HubSpot.
- Regularly maintain and optimize contact databases.
- Update website content, including product databases, blogs, and technical resources.
- Work with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate website updates.
- Coordinate logistics for tradeshows, conferences, and other technical marketing events.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials, product samples, and promotional assets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create promotional assets for events.
- Track and report performance metrics for websites, social media, and email campaigns using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Hotjar.
- Oversee tools like Adobe Suite, InVideo, and HubSpot, ensuring seamless team access and subscription renewals.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience: 3 years in marketing, NPI coordination, or project management.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Canva, and video editing tools.
- Experience with project management platforms like Wrike or Jira.
- Familiarity with HubSpot for email, social media, and CRM.
- Basic knowledge of website content management systems.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
