We are looking for a Production Operator for our Marietta Plant. This is a position with primary responsibilities of:

We are looking for a Production Operator for our Marietta Plant. This is a position with primary responsibilities of:
- Product packaging including filling packages, labeling, and transporting finished goods
- Preparing and loading of bulk shipments
- Recording of daily bulk inventories
- Handling of various chemicals used in the manufacturing of products
- Material transport via forklift
- Housekeeping and reporting of safety hazards
- Other reasonable duties as assigned under proper supervision
- Long term opportunity at a key site within Kemira's Pulp & Paper Segment.
- Training opportunities, both formal and on the job.
- Track record complying with Quality, HSE & Process Safety policies and procedures.
- Ability to execute Emergency Response procedures applicable to position.
- Demonstrated track record of initiative / growth of professional skill set.
- Math skills, computer skills, ability to follow verbal & written instructions.
- Preferred - experience handling industrial chemicals using pumps, valves, piping.
- Respirator use, frequent motor vehicle operation and use of manual dexterity.
- Moderate standing, walking, exposure to dusts, fumes or chemical irritants and exposure to respiratory irritants or sensitizers.
- Sitting, squatting, bending, work around moving machinery, work on ladders, work in contained areas.
- Must be able to work all shifts - expect to work night shift.
- Must Frequently Lift 55.1 Pounds.
