Kemmetmueller Photography Inc. is a small family-owned photography studio located in Deephaven, Minnesota. We specialize in sports and school volume photography.

Photo Editor
We are searching for an exceptionally talented photo editor who enjoys being a self-starting individual and has fantastic editing skills to help manage the digital production at our rapidly expanding company. The candidate will also be helping with color-correcting and processing images, creating posters, templates, and graphics for our volume-based work.
If you love editing photos, have the bandwidth to keep tabs on multiple projects at a time, and you are a hard-worker who is positive, great at communicating, and wants to dive into the world of volume photography, then we are looking for YOU!
Qualifications
- Proficient in Adobe Lightroom Classic, Photoshop, and other design-based software.
- Attentive to detail, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality of work.
- Quick learner who takes direction cheerfully and responsively.
- Excellent personal and professional discretion.
- Clear communicator in writing and in person.
- Sense of urgency with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to take responsibility and ownership of projects and personal pride in your work.
- Successfully adapt to the production requirements of a high-volume studio while maintaining established quality standards.
- Maintain a positive and fun environment for all staff and clients.
Responsibilities
- Edit and enhance photos using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom to meet project specifications.
- Perform post-production tasks, including photo manipulation and color correction.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure visual consistency across projects.
- Manage and organize digital assets efficiently, utilizing software like Adobe Creative Suite.
- Answer customer service requests while maintaining a professional and polite demeaner.
- Systematically check both your own work and your peers work to ensure a high quality final product.
This is a full-time position. Expected work days are Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays as well. Due to the seasonality of our work, you will be expected to work more hours/week August-December.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 34 – 50 per week
