Responsibilities

• Manage the sales process from initial contact through policy issuance, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance.
• Stay informed about industry trends, changes in regulations, and new products to provide accurate information to clients.
• Administer benefits programs as needed, ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines.
• Engage in outside sales activities, including networking events and community outreach, to generate new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in insurance sales or related fields is preferred.
• Strong sales administration skills with a focus on achieving targets.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to analyze client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Familiarity with benefits administration processes is a plus.
• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clients.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Pay: $65,821.00 - $79,146.00 per year
