Kemper is adding to the team and seeking an experience Guidewire Business Systems Analyst to focus on PolicyCenter application.
Responsibilities
- Serve as an experienced Business Systems Analyst with a depth of expertise in Guidewire Policy Center.
- Liaison with business for IT portfolio coordination.
- Perform systems analysis and development of technical design documents.
- Research and develop functional design documents.
- Provide detailed inputs to application testing and support user acceptance testing.
- Achieve and maintain subject matter expertise across multiple scopes within the existing Kemper Policy Center implementation, leveraging prior Policy Center experience.
- Lead complex change management activities, including :
o Training (e.g., training plans and materials, training sessions).
o Process improvements and efficiencies
o Documentation support (e.g., operational procedures, troubleshooting guides).
o Production readiness activities (e.g., war room, deployment support and checkout, user support).
o Triage, troubleshooting
o Data analysis (e.g., SQL / data analysis)
o Product and compliance requests
Qualifications
The range for this position is $86,200 to $143,600. When determining candidate offers, we consider experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location among other factors. This job is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and Kemper benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401k, etc.)
