- Previous experience as a Line Cook, Banquet Cook, or in a high-volume kitchen.
- Passion for cooking and an eagerness to learn new skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
