Responsibilities:
- Prepare for opening by inspecting supplies, procuring additional items as needed, and preparing garnishes and mixes.
- Greet guests warmly as they enter the bar area.
- Mix and serve drinks according to approved recipes.
- Collect payments and handle any customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain and clean bar equipment, ensuring it is in excellent working condition.
- Monitor inventory levels, reporting any discrepancies to management.
- Clean and secure the bar area according to established procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior bartending experience preferred.
- Demonstrated excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times.
