Job Description
We are seeking a Server to join our team at The Club at Porto Cima.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and provide top-notch customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide immediate attention to all members/guests upon seating and greet warmly.
- Take member/guest food and/or drink orders and turn them into the kitchen.
- Serve meals and ensure accuracy of prices and charges.
- Keep tables, dining room, and bus station clean and tidy.
- Advises supervisor of any complaints and performs side work, clean-up, and closing duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1 year server experience preferred.
- Demonstrated quality written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems, handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision, and work flexible hours.
