Manages the overall operational and fiscal performance of the facility in compliance with Company policies. Develops and implements business plans and strategies. Establishes operational standards and quality performance guidelines for staff.

Job Summary:
Manages the overall operational and fiscal performance of the facility in compliance with Company policies. Develops and implements business plans and strategies. Establishes operational standards and quality performance guidelines for staff.
- Develops the annual business plan and operating/capital budgets. Monitors financial performance relative to budget goals.
- Analyzes operations for productivity efficiencies and develops action plans to achieve adjustments.
- Reviews and approves financial expenditures and transactions.
- Communicates system activities to departments and interfaces with management when necessary.
- Promotes positive employee morale and performance quality.
- Provides direction and supervision to subordinate management staff.
- Oversees employment activities, customer service, and client relationships.
- Maintains knowledge of industry developments and submits required reports.
- College degree preferred.
- 5 years applicable experience, preferably in the golf industry.
- Demonstrated experience in budget development, fiscal management, strategic planning, and staff management.
- Quality communication skills and ability to analyze problems.
- Positive attitude and professional manner.
