6,000 sign-on bonus!
- 1,000-after 90 days, $2,000-after 6 months & $3,000-after 1 year
Pay - Up to $30 or more DOE per hour

Rotating evening / overnight shifts - must be able to work nights, overnights, holidays, weekends and overtime as neededThe maintenance employee is responsible for :
Performing preventative maintenance on all equipment, building maintenance, trouble shooting and repairing the processing and packaging equipmentTroubleshooting mechanical, electrical, plumbing, welding, pneumatic, refrigeration and hydraulic systemUnderstanding and maintaining written records, following written directions (manuals) and verbal directionsMaintaining a clean work areaCompleting other assigned duties.Cass Clay Creamery is a part of Dairy Farmers of America, Inc. High school diploma or GED preferredMust be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checksMinimum one year experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing facility, preferably food and beverage industryMinimum one year experience with one or more technical experiences : Electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic, computer-controlled equipment, PLC and / or HVACMinimum one year experience with a variety of equipment including lubricating, cleaning, material handling, motor control, relay control, process control and packaging equipmentMust be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimalsMust be able to handle basic hand toolsMust be able to stand, walk, kneel and bend required for virtually the entire shift; occasionally required to climb or balanceMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionallyMust be able to work in a cold, wet environment with moderate to high noise volumeMay experience some exposure to fumes airborne particles, chemicals or allergensSubset license or certifications may be required23 years field related experienceThree years of experience required in a maintenance role within a manufacturing facilityMust be willing to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends, and holiday
