Ken Fulk Inc. is excited to welcome a Client Services Specialist to our dynamic team, located at The Magic Factory. We are looking for a talented individual with a minimum of five years of experience in a related role who is eager to contribute to our innovative projects.
As a Client Services Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the Vice President - Brand Marketing & Client Relations (VP) in securing new business opportunities. You will collaborate closely with the VP to create and execute contracts across all business units, including Interiors, Branding, and Event Design. Your keen attention to detail will guide the thorough vetting process, including project intake, contract negotiations, and scope creation. Additionally, you will manage all client correspondence regarding contracts, business operations, and billing, building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the VP in high-level client communications and sales efforts with new and existing clients, guiding them through initial meetings to ongoing relationship management.
- Initiate, execute, and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with business and legal specifications. This includes overseeing existing contracts and addendums.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to set up new projects, track contract milestones, and maintain contract parameters across systems, while managing internal tracking documentation.
- Lead project kick-off meetings and closures : present materials to clients, outline project goals, and formally introduce maintenance contract terms at project completion.
- Partner with Accounts Payable to manage all billing correspondence with client stakeholders.
- Work with Accounts Payable and leadership on financial forecasting and reporting efforts.
- Oversee and maintain the CRM initiative to streamline client interactions and data management.
Qualifications
This is a full-time position based in San Francisco, with compensation ranging from $75,000 to $85,000, depending on experience.
