Responsibilities:
- Order parts as needed for repairs and ensure proper inventory levels
- Oversee pricing
- Coordinate with service department to fulfill parts orders promptly
- Manage and train staff
- Optimize and develop strategies for parts department operations
- Manage inventory levels
- Ensure a safe working environment
- Address customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally
Qualifications:
- Proven track record as an automotive parts manager
- Strong background in inventory management and warehouse operations
- Knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair processes
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train staff
- Enthusiastic presence in a team environment
- Strong written and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Professional work ethic
