Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Day-to-day duties of this role include meeting with customers and determining their needs.
- Securing an agreement from clients prior to all repairs.
- Providing excellent customer service and overseeing quality control.
- Thoroughly estimate the time and cost of every repair.
- Advise clients on proper care of their vehicle, including maintenance.
- Oversee technicians working on customer vehicles, including their time management and
efficiency.
- Monitor the progress of client vehicles throughout the day and update clients on status.
- Verify all final invoices and reconcile work performed and charges.
- Reliable attendance required.

Who should apply? Previous automotive service writer experience is preferred. Also, willing to train the right person. CDK / ADP experience is a plus. Qualified applicants will have a track record of high performance, history of strong customer satisfaction scores, and demonstrate ability to be trained on OEM process and procedure. High school diploma or equivalent is required in addition to accredited training in service advisor skills, customer service and quality control. Strong communication, organizational and time management skills are a must as well as proficiency in computers and business machines.
Applicants must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S. Applicants are also required to have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
