What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lot Attendant position at Ken Ganley Toyota?
Our Lot Attendants, help support the dealership by moving our vehicles as needed and also keeping the showroom / display lots neat & orderly. We are looking for a team player, with strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Leading yourself and the team in a way that supports our Company Vision and Mission.
- Cleaning and Detailing inventory vehicles for display or customer delivery.
- Shuttling guests or customers if necessary. Assists customers with questions and directs them to the appropriate personnel.
- Washing and detailing of all customer and service vehicles to showroom quality.
- Vehicle inventory maintenance.
- Keep the vehicle lot neat and orderly, moving units as directed and in accordance with dealership display standards. Light janitorial duties. Cleans driveway and sidewalks, removing snow and debris as necessary.
- Othe duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills and experience is required.
- Solid verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Reliable attendance required.
