Ken Ganley Westside Imports is HIRING NOW for friendly Service Advisors to advise customers on service options and costs when their vehicle needs repair. Hyundai, Subaru, or Volkswagen experience is a plus! Candidates with previous Service Advisor experience in RV, Powersport, or Marine dealership settings are welcome to apply!

Responsibilities - Service Advisor:
- Schedule appointments with customers
- Greet and work with customer and technician to identify required services using vehicle's service history
- Advise customers on necessary/suggested services and costs; advise of any current special promotions available
- Compute the cost of replacement parts and labor
- Address customer's questions and needs promptly and professionally
- Ensure comprehensive pre-delivery check of customer vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and that all items identified for service/repair have been completed as scheduled
- Review results of customer satisfaction surveys with the service manager
- Meet the dealership's standards for repair order production
Qualifications/Requirements - Service Advisor:
Previous Service Advisor experience required- Hyundai, Subaru, or Volkswagen experience is a plus!
- Candidates with previous Service Advisor experience in RV, Powersport, or Marine dealership settings are welcome to apply
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid in-state driver's license
- Professional personal appearance
- A 'People Person' with excellent communication skills
