ABOUT THE ROLE : As a Graphic Designer on the Creative Team, you will play a key role in developing and executing automotive offers across various digital and print assets. Your work will directly support dealership marketing strategies, reducing in-store production costs while ensuring consistency and quality in branding. This position requires strong design fundamentals and creative problem-solving. This is a hybrid role, offering a mix of remote work and in-office collaboration, ensuring flexibility while maintaining strong teamwork and communication. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Design and execute automotive offer creatives across multiple platforms.
- Develop social media content, digital display ads, website graphics, and in-store signage.
- Create corporate branding assets, including logo-wear and internal communications.
- Work closely with Account Managers to align designs with dealership strategy and sales objectives.
- Collaborate with the Digital Team to create campaign concepts that drive engagement.
- Maintain a library of assets for repurposing across different dealerships.
- Continuously improve best practices and implement efficiencies within the design process. REQUIRED SKILLS & PROFICIENCY :
- Strong foundation in design principles, including typography, hierarchy, and layout.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Clear and effective communication skills within a collaborative team environment
