Job Description:
Business Development Agent delivers a premium customer experience by responding to customer inquiries in a prompt, professional, accurate and courteous manner. BDC Agents work directly with Sales Staff, and Managers with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming/ outbound calls
- Schedule appointments for Sales Team
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Skills
- Bi Lingual
- Phone etiquette skills
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
