Responsibilities:
- Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
- Generate Janitorial customer leads in a cold calling, emails and door To door and referral based sales approach create leads
- Those with experience will continue with self-customized approaches in sales
- Prepare proposals, quotes, contracts, or presentations for potential customers
- Record keeping for clients
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
- Excellent analytical, written, problem solving and verbal communication skills a must.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be older than 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license and safe driving record
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours (Monday - Friday)
- Strong selling and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service skills and ability to grow and lead customer relationships
