Seeking Permanent, Full-Time call center professional for our very busy law office to be back-up to our 6 full time operators. Duties include answering phones, entering new clients into our database, sending follow-up text messages and assisting other staff when not on the phones.
Excellent on-the-job training. No previous experience in a law office is required.
Applicants must have outgoing and friendly telephone personalities, experience with computers, and a very strong desire to learn.
We have employees who have been with us 10, 20, 30 and even 40 years!
Call Center Representatives need to be available to work 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday – Friday at our office in Bloomington, Indiana. You will have a one hour (unpaid) lunch per day. We give yearly raises.
